Description

Pskovgeokabel offers to supply equipment for heating of a bottomhole area of wells to decrease viscosity of oil, eliminate colmatation, and prevent formation of asphaltresin-paraffin deposits inside of pipes with the following set of supply:

1. Well stationary electric heater SNT(n) -20 or SNT(n) -35.

2. Control station of heating with rising transformer UPS 00-10-60-3.

3. Cable of power supply KPBP 3[6 or KPBP 3x10 with thermostable cable extension UB_10/25-02 (25 m).

Method of operation:

Well heater, over adapter with length 0,5 m, is installed on the lower end of lowered production tube over thread NKT 73 GOST663-80.

OvercableextensionUB_10/25-02 with a connector, the heater is connected to a power cable. The power cable is fixed with cable bands outside of the production tube. The cable is routed to the wellhead through a sealed cable inlet and connected to the control station.

Well heater consists of the housing, an inner hydraulic channel, heaters and a head. Well fluid is flowing around the device and moving through the inner hydraulic channel is heated and pumped to the production tube. When temperature elevated over nominal, the heating elements change its resistance that leads to decrease of output power. While cooling, the power increased. 

Control and management of heating is provided by the control station UPS 50-10-60-3.

Control station contains:

- commuting equipment;
- protective switch off by current overload;
- protective switch off by leakage current;
- measuring instruments.
