Taping machine
Description
Taping machine MOL is designed for winding cable cores with different tapes. The range of diameters of produced cables is from 4 up to 80 mm.
Materials used for taping cable cores: non-woven tapes, PET tapes, paper, aluminium and copper foil, water blocking and conductive tapes.
The device is equipped with an electric drive and control system that allows use of taping machine in production lines as the driven unit and change direction and pitch of taping remotely.

Taping machine is equipped with sensor of tape break. When tape is broken, a signal transferred to the control system. Tape pay offs are provided with adjusted band break. Breaking load applied to a roll with tape is from 0 N up to 10 N. Protective cover and reserve disc break are supplied with the machine.
Taping machine ÌÎ 72/100 of central type is designed for taping cable core.
The following materials are used for taping: cotton yarn (protective winds), copper wires (screen winds), steel wires (armouring winds).
Design of the machine allows to work with 72 spools with diameter 100 mm or 36 spools with diameter 125 mm.
Each pay off unit of the machine is provided with an individual break and easy removable lock for spool fixing. The asynchronous drive with frequency invertor allows to use the machine in different production lines.
