Pay off type OK
Description
Pay offs, type OK (console pay off) are designed for winding of cables from technological and transporting reels with flange diameter 300 – 2200 mm. They can be a part of technological lines or control-winding machines which serve for winding and repair of cables of different purpose.
Active and passive pay offs are designed and produced. Active pay offs are equipped with an asynchronous electric drive. On a request of customer, the unit can be equipped with a compensator. Passive pay offs have a band break.

Loading of the pay off is mechanized. A reel fixed when the pintles moves horizontally on a screw. Risingofa reelperformedby ascrewdrive or with a hydraulic cylinder of manual pumping station. Clamping and rising mechanisms can be equipped with gearmotors and a pump station with electric drive.
Developed range of pay offs allows to choose a unit for cable reels with diameter from 300 to 22000 mm and weight up to 10 000 kg.
