Description

Winches for sea studies performed with account of customers’ requirements. Three types of winch designed for sea work: open type placed directly on deck of a vessel; container type when a winch is installed in a standard hermetic sea container and awning type. Electric equipment of all sea winches has protection against environmental influences IP 56.   

On request of a customer, the winch can be equipped with the main and a remote control panel. Control cabinet can be installed on a frame, or performed separately and placed in a compartment of a ship. 

The winches have an electric or hydraulic drive of a receiving reel.  

The electric drive performed on a base of asynchronous electrical motor and frequency converter. The hydraulic drive based on equipment from the leading producers. A take up reel allows to adjust smoothly speed of rotation or pulling force.   

A screw cable layer provides automatical ordered cable layout in rows. Pitch of layout and a position of a cable guide support can be adjusted manually.
