Cable lines for study of horisontal wells
Description
Aiming rise of production of oil and gas fields, increase productivity of well operation, OOO “Pskovgeokabel” offers a design of wells with inclined and horizontal parts of stem lead at productive layer to increase the surface of drainage of oil and gas into the well.
Specifications
Depending of operating conditions, cables for study of horizontal well are produced in two versions:
- with constant section (for example KG 3x0,75-150-90Oa);
- with variable section (for example KG 3-16/32-90 Oa (1,2/2,8) analogue of KL-160/230-90 Oa).

Advantages of cables for study of horizontal wells:
- little technological work on lowering and rising;
- real - time receipt of information;
- high reliability;
- possibility of use of standard devices;
- high mobility.
With account of our recommendations, the company “GIS pribor M” developed the logging hoist PKS-5G of an increased capacity of winch and operating load. The hoist of this type allows to work with the cable KL 3-16/32-90 Oa with length of rigid part up to 1900 meters, diameter 36 mm, and with an increased passage of the cable into horizontal length of well up to 500 meters.
