Ship cable KNR
Description
Ship cables with copper conductors with insulation of thermoelastoplast, sheath made of oil -gasolin resistant elastomer, fire retardant type KNRt, KNRtE, KNRtU, KNRtP, KNRtT, KNRtpT are produced by the standard TU 3586-029-24118545-2013 (analogue of GOST 7866.1-70).
Ship cables are produced with new high technology materials replacing all types of rubber and soft PVC with high elasticity, good chemical, ozone, heat stability, stable in seawater and by low temperatures, nonpolluting, with good dielectric properties.

Ship cables type KNR are used
in power and lighting networks, control circuits, alarm signaling, for
connection of instruments. The cables
designed for alternating voltage 690 V
and frequency up to 400 Hz or direct voltage 1200 V; for fixed laying inside of rooms and on an open
deck with protection from direct sunlight including use under radial
hydrostatic pressure up to 1,96 MPa (20 kg/cm2). The cables do not
spread fire by the single laying.
Properties
- high resistance to mineral oils, fuel, alkalis and acids;
- wide temperature range of operation: -45 oC up to 125 oC;
- temperature of mounting up to -30 oC;
- low toxicity, no emission of corrosive gases by burning;
- low danger to electronic plates
- flexibility and resistance to abrasion.
